MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER (MTO) PROGRAM

Fresh graduates are highly recommended for this program. It’s a 12 Months learning & skill grooming training for fresh graduates. After successful completion and review of 12 months training MTOs will be offered permanent jobs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Listed below are the eligibility requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education from HEC recognized institute.

CGPA: Minimum 3.00 (70% Marks)

Experience: Fresh (1 year preferred)

HIRING PROCESS:

The candidates have to undergo following process:

Step#1:            Submission of Application with recent CV

Step#2:            Initial Screening Test

Step#3:            Assessment

Step#4:            Interview
